I design and print stuff for a living but cooking has always been a true love of mine.  Pure joy to me is dancing around my kitchen to old school jams with wine in one hand and a big knife in the other (safety phht!) mixing all the colours and flavours I find in the back of my fridge into something weird and magical. 

 

I created this blog for my hungry (demanding) friends, and for anyone else that wants a little more salad in their life.  Prior to this I never wrote down a recipe or measured anything so I'm working on that. Please hit me up if you have any inquiries or feedback.  Cook free and enjoy!  <3
